Key Roles
Financial Planner
Our Financial Planners are trusted advisers who work closely with clients to understand their goals, values, and financial circumstances. They develop and implement tailored strategies across wealth creation, retirement planning, superannuation, insurance, and estate planning. At CPW, our planners are not just technical experts—they’re empathetic partners who guide clients through life’s most important decisions
Client Services Manager
The CSM is the bridge between our clients and the advice team. They ensure a seamless client experience by managing onboarding, coordinating advice implementation, and maintaining ongoing service standards. At CPW, our CSMs are proactive, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
Associate Planner
This is a developmental role for aspiring Financial Planners completing their professional year. Associate Planners support the advice process by conducting research, preparing strategy documents, and sitting in on client meetings. At CPW, they learn by doing—gaining hands-on experience while being mentored by senior advisers in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
